Returns Policy

RETURN POLICY:

*Items must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt (delivered date).

We at Muloo work tirelessly to accurately display, describe, and detail our products. We also provide sizing charts on all of our pieces to ensure a proper fit. This information can be found on each product description page.

If you are unsure what size to choose we suggest sizing up.  Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, therefore, please choose carefully.

 

We have a 21-day return policy, which means items must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt (delivered date).


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A $7.00 Return Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will include product and tax amount only.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@muloocollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY:

An item is eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit if it is:

  • unworn
  • unwashed
  • with original tags and packaging intact
  • free of stains, odors, hair (animal or human), and damage
  • NOT a sale or discounted item

Items CANNOT be returned after this 21-day return window, no exceptions. Items sent to us outside of this window will be returned to the sender at the sender's cost.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as sale and discounted items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).  Specified non-returnable items cannot be returned.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


*The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons- Underwear, Swimwear, Socks + Tights & Hair bows / Hair Ties and all Hair Accessories. 

*Garment must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or in otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact. Please note that we will not accept goods if there is animal fur etc on the clothing as this is a serious health risk.


Goods must also be returned odor free - ( Free of Cigarettes , dampness etc)

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
